Abubakar Farooqui is an officer of Civil Service of Pakistan and belongs to the 51st Common Batch of CSP officers. He is the author of “Indian Foreign Policy Decision-Making Towards Pakistan“. He is the youngest Pakistani author in the domain of International Relations and Politics. He studied International Relations at Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad and is serving as the founding head of Rationale-47 NatSec & Diplomacy Forum.
